Job Summary
- 7+ years of experience in SAP solutions, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass.
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement solutions.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass modules based on business requirements.
- Manage Contingent Workforce, Statement of Work (SOW), and Services Procurement processes.
- Configure workflow approvals, business rules, notifications, and security roles.
- Support supplier onboarding, worker onboarding/offboarding, and compliance processes.
- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party systems.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand workforce and procurement requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
- Execute testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and workforce governance policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement , perform root cause analysis and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
