Job Summary
Experience
- 6+ years of SAP technical experience with at least 3+ years in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementations, enhancements, support, and migration projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, Workflow, BRF+, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and SAP MDG Data Models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP MDG solutions for Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and Business Partner master data domains.
- Configure and enhance MDG data models, change request workflows, UI configurations, and business rules.
- Develop custom ABAP programs, enhancements, BADIs, and reports for MDG requirements.
- Configure and maintain BRF+ business rules and validations.
- Implement and support DRF (Data Replication Framework) for data distribution across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data quality management activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and integration teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement , perform root cause analysis and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
