Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Spotfire Developer with strong expertise in data visualization, analytics, dashboard development, and reporting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interactive Spotfire dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions to enable data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using TIBCO Spotfire.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop Spotfire analyses, information links, data functions, and custom visualizations.
- Create reusable data models and data transformation workflows.
- Integrate Spotfire with various data sources including databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure high availability of reporting solutions.
- Develop calculated columns, KPIs, and advanced analytics within Spotfire.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to deliver reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Spotfire application and performance issues.
- Support deployment, migration, and enhancement of Spotfire environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement , perform root cause analysis and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
