Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data virtualization solutions using TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV).
- Create logical data models and virtual views by integrating data from multiple sources.
- Develop and optimize data services, APIs, and reusable data access layers.
- Perform query tuning and performance optimization of virtualized data assets.
- Implement data security, access controls, and governance standards.
- Work with business users, architects, and data engineering teams to understand requirements.
- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and system enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV).
- Expertise in SQL, query optimization, and relational databases.
- Experience integrating data from Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or other enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP services and API integration.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Python or Shell scripting.
- Data governance and metadata management tools.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- Exposure to Life Sciences/Pharma domain is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement , perform root cause analysis and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
