Job Summary
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Informatica IDMC (IICS) platform.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Data Integration (DI)
- Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
- Data Quality (CDQ)
- Data Profiling
- Mass Ingestion
- Experience with ETL/ELT design, development, and performance tuning.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure SQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources including files, APIs, SAP, Salesforce, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Modeling, and Data Governance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC.
- Develop mappings, task flows, workflows, and reusable components.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and data quality validations.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Integrate on-premises and cloud-based applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning recommendations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement , perform root cause analysis and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
