Job Summary
Looking for an experienced TIBCO EBX professional with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Modeling, Workflow Configuration, and EBX customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX. The role requires close collaboration with business, data governance, and integration teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX.
- Develop and maintain EBX data models, repositories, and hierarchies.
- Configure workflows, validation rules, business rules, and approval processes.
- Customize EBX using Java APIs, Services, and Extensions.
- Implement data governance and stewardship processes.
- Integrate EBX with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Support data migration, data quality, match & merge activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement , perform root cause analysis and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
