Job Summary

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Offshore Application Support Analyst – RPA Bot Support will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain. This role is critical for supporting large-scale bot deployments, troubleshooting automation workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to process efficiency and compliance within a dynamic and innovative environment.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive support for approximately 250 RPA bots, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Perform ongoing enhancements and maintenance of automation workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide comprehensive application support for RPA bots, ensuring the stability and optimal performance of automation solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to workflow automation tools, scripting errors, and bot performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement enhancements for existing automation bots.
- Maintain, update, and optimize automation scripts using UiPath, ABBYY, Python, and Bash.
- Manage incident tickets, prioritize workload, and deliver timely resolutions to minimize business impact.
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and proactive problem-solving to reduce recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data security, and quality standards throughout automation processes.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new bots, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document support activities, process improvements, and automation solutions in accordance with best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, especially within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
- Communicate effectively with global teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure seamless bot operations.

Skill Requirements

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in RPA bot support, development, and deployment within workflow automation environments.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages, including Python and Bash.
- Strong proficiency with UiPath automation tools.
- Strong proficiency in BigPanda, GPT-5.4 mini, GPT-5.4, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Claude Sonnet, GPT-4o, gpt-image-1.5,     and other Generative AI models,API-based services used for application integration and functionality
- Demonstrated ability to support, maintain, and enhance large-scale bot operations (250+ bots).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- UiPath Certified RPA Developer or equivalent certification.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in process analysis and stakeholder managemen
