Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions Operations Support.
Job Description : • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Saviynt\\\\\\\'s platform.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address IAM challenges and provide solutions.\\\\r\\\\n• Manage and maintain Saviynt\\\\\\\'s IAM systems and configurations.\\\\r\\\\n• Resolve tickets escalated from L1/help desk including user access issues, provisioning issues, configuration errors and providing timely resolution to the logged tickets\\\\r\\\\n• Implement minor configuration changes such as modifying workflows or updating roles to fix the issues\\\\r\\\\n• Run access recertification campaigns, generate and share ad hoc reports\\\\r\\\\n• Support AD based and out of the box applications onboarding by performing testing and resolving the issues\\\\r\\\\n• Work closely with L3 resource for escalated issues \\\\r\\\\n• Assist in knowledge sharing and training of L1 support and clients on Saviynt\\\\\\\'s IAM platform.\\\\r\\\\n• Run health checks and share reports\\\\r\\\\n• Participate and contribute to requirement gathering activities\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with L3 resource to work on integration/connector related issues which require heavy configuration change\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor/analyze the logs for any errors, debug and troubleshoot issues related to Saviynt EIC\\\\r\\\\n• Customize reports as per requirement\\\\r\\\\n• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring their IAM needs are met.\\\\r\\\\n• Ensure security, compliance, and access control requirements are met through Saviynt.\\\\r\\\\n• Utilize scripting languages and tools to automate IAM processes and tasks.\\\\r\\\\n• Participate in the continuous improvement of IAM support processes and best practices.\\\\r\\\\n

Skill Requirements
Profound knowledge of Saviynt\'s IAM platform, configurations, and integrations. • Familiarity with IAM technologies, concepts, and best practices. • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulations. • In-depth knowledge of Saviynt connectors and their configurations for various applications, ensuring seamless integration and effective access governance. • Assist in the development and maintenance of custom connectors within the Saviynt platform to address unique organizational requirements. This includes customization, testing, and documentation of custom connectors. • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Saviynt. • Proficiency in managing and maintaining Saviynt\'s IAM systems. • Knowledge of scripting languages and tools for automating IAM processes. • Strong understanding of access control, security protocols, and IAM administration. • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.
