The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for Unified Communications (UC) technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing. Technical Skills: Meeting Platforms: Proficient in supporting meeting platforms such as Microsoft Conference Room AV Support: Provide expert support for conference room AV, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively. AV Equipment Management: Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment in various AV spaces, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Cisco Video Conferencing: Demonstrate proficiency in working with and supporting Cisco video conferencing equipment for seamless and high-quality experiences. Poly Phones: Familiarity with Poly phones and their setup within conference rooms for efficient and clear communication. Microsoft Teams Meetings: Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Meetings, offering guidance and solutions for successful virtual collaborations. System Checks: Conduct regular inspections and system checks in conference rooms to maintain the health and functionality of AV and network equipment. IT AV Support: Deliver IT AV support for large group meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation and technical assistance as needed. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities.
