Job Summary
Experienced L2 Application & Middleware Operations Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in IIS, .NET, BizTalk, and middleware technologies. Strong in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and managing integration platforms across Windows and Linux environments, ensuring application stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide L2 support and resolve complex issues escalated from L1
· Troubleshoot BizTalk issues (orchestrations, suspended messages, adapter failures)
· Manage BizTalk configurations (ports, hosts, adapters)
· Debug integration errors using Event Viewer and BizTalk Admin Console
· Monitor and support IIS (sites, SSL bindings, logs)
· Support middleware environments (JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere)
· Handle API integrations and WSO2 platform support
· Perform incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)
· Collaborate with QA, Infra, and Development teams
· Support version upgrades, patching, and certificate lifecycle management
· Use monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog)
