Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support and resolve complex issues escalated from L1
Troubleshoot BizTalk issues (orchestrations, suspended messages, adapter failures)
Manage BizTalk configurations (ports, hosts, adapters)
Debug integration errors using Event Viewer and BizTalk Admin Console
Monitor and support IIS (sites, SSL bindings, logs)
Support middleware environments (JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere)
Handle API integrations and WSO2 platform support
Perform incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)
Collaborate with QA, Infra, and Development teams
Support version upgrades, patching, and certificate lifecycle management
Use monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog)
Skill Requirements
Technologies: IIS, .NET, BizTalk, MQ, WSO2 API Management
Middleware: JBoss, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere
Scripting/Programming: Java, Unix Shell, Windows Scripting
Databases: SQL Server, Oracle
Integration: APIs, SOA, FTP, SOAP, SQL adapters
Tools: BizTalk Admin Console, Event Viewer, monitoring tools
Frameworks: ITIL, CMMI
Platforms: Windows, Unix/Linux
