Job Summary
The Citrix Virtual Apps L2 Engineer provides Level 2 operational support for Citrix Virtual Apps environments, ensuring availability, performance, and end user experience. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, routine administration, and execution of standard changes, with escalation to L3 teams when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for Citrix Virtual Apps (7.x).\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot application launch, session, logon, profile, and printing issues.\\\\r\\\\n• Administer Citrix components: Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, Licensing.\\\\r\\\\n• Manage application publishing, delivery groups, and user access.\\\\r\\\\n• Perform routine health checks and platform monitoring.\\\\r\\\\n• Implement approved standard changes and support patching activities.\\\\r\\\\n• Participate in incident bridges, RCA, maintenance windows, and DR drills.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with Windows, AD, Network, Security, and EUC teams.\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
