Job Summary

The Senior Administrator in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions. By ensuring compliance with quality standards and enhancing customer satisfaction, the Senior Administrator contributes significantly to the organization's service delivery and security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Python is must
o        Key concepts of AWS security measures and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
o        Foundational services: Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), and Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS).
o        Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Roles, KMS, etc.)
o        Strong Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation and Terraform
o        Database services: Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS)
o        Management services: AWS Auto Scaling, Amazon CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), and AWS Trusted Advisor
o        Experience with the serverless approaches using AWS Lambda
o        Pipeline( Bamboo, Terraform Enterprise, Codefresh).
o        Terraform(TFE) working experience.
o        Powershell/Shell Scripting/Python/GOLANG
o        Linux/Unix basics
o        IP Subnetting
o        Experience in designing AWS Infra & VPC Networks
o        Dev/Ops Experience.
o        The ability and skill to train other people in procedural and technical topics
o        Strong communication and collaboration skills
•        Soft Skills:
o        Should have good communication and documentation skills
o        Should be a good team player
o        Should possess problem solving skills.
o        Experience working in high performing squad (NWOW/Agile)

Skill Requirements

o        Knowledge and experience in operating Palo Firewalls 
o        Advanced AWS networking/Firewalls
o        Knowledge/experience in DB technologies. 
o        Container based application development
o        Good understanding and previous experience on infrastructure build and support 
o        Good understanding of application development and support 


Other Requirements

Should have good communication and documentation skills
o        Should be a good team player
o        Should possess problem solving skills.
