Job Summary
Monitor multi-cloud environments via Service Now tickets and other customer communication channels\r\n Build cloud resources in Azure as requested by end-users\r\n Collaborate with L2/L3 teams to respond customer queries and escalate issues\r\n Provide first-level triage, basic troubleshooting, and issue escalation following different runbooks\r\n Deleting cloud accounts(AWS/Azure/GCP) and their resources as per the request \r\n Building cloud resources using Jenkins pipelines.
Primary Skill: AWS and Azure Cloud Computing, Jenkins\\\\r\\\\nSecondary Skill: GCP and Alibaba, ITSM tool experience\\\\r\\\\nGood To Have: Related certifications
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services \r\n Experience with ticketing systema (preferred: Service Now)\r\n Excellent communication and problem-solving skills\r\n Willingness to work in a 24X7 support environment (rotational shifts)
