Job Summary
AWS Infrastructure Management Manage and maintain AWS cloud environments across development, testing, and production. Provision and administer AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, RDS, Route 53, IAM, ELB, and Auto Scaling. Monitor cloud resources to ensure availability, performance, and cost optimization. Perform regular health checks and capacity planning activities. Cloud Operations & Support Provide L2 support for AWS infrastructure incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues within defined SLAs. Support deployment activities and infrastructure changes. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Security & Compliance Implement AWS security best practices and governance controls. Manage IAM users, roles, policies, and permissions. Support security audits, compliance reviews, and vulnerability remediation activities. Monitor and respond to security alerts and operational risks. Automation & DevOps Support Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Support CI/CD pipeline integrations and deployment automation. Develop and maintain operational scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting. Monitoring & Performance Management Configure and manage AWS CloudWatch monitoring and alerting. Analyze system logs and performance metrics. Implement proactive monitoring and performance tuning recommendations.
