Job Summary

Description: Job Title: Senior IT Application Support Analyst Experience: 5-7 years Shift Timings : 13:30 - 22:30 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Analyst with strong expertise in Angular for front-end development and .NET for back-end services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure CI/CD pipelines, Git, and application support in a dynamic enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and maintenance for enterprise applications. Develop and maintain front-end components using Angular and back-end services using .NET. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for seamless deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Maintain version control and code integrity using Git. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications 5-7 Years of experience in application support and development. Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and .NET Framework/Core. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup and management. Proficient in Git for source control and branching strategies. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and cloud-based architectures. Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Leveraging Expertise In Mssql Database Architecture And Azure Mysql Dba To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Incidents, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analyses For Escalated Incidents And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Implement Robust Solutions, Addressing Technical And Security Issues Effectively.
3. Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating The Knowledge Base And Delivering Training Sessions For New Team Members, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Utilizing Azure Iaas And Dba Tools, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Enhancing The Overall Security Posture Of The Organization.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Drive Csat Metrics By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Case Reopens, While Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.
