Key Responsibilities

Handle SQL Server incidents and service requests; support routine maintenance and monitoring alerts; assist with backups and restores; execute approved standard changes; escalate complex issues to L3.

Skill Requirements

SQL Server operational support experience; ITSM workflow knowledge; backup and recovery understanding; documentation discipline; life sciences or healthcare support exposure preferred.

Other Requirements

Provides operational support for Microsoft SQL Server environments following standard procedures.
