Job Summary

AVD L2&L3 (Job Description)

  1. Installation/Configuration Azure AVDs and supporting Azure AVD/WVD machines with azure portal.
  2. Experience in creating AVD host pool, VM instance, application group & workspace.
  3. Providing access to remote applications, desktops & adding new VM to host pool.
  4. Experience in creating & managing pooled and private VDIs host pools.
  5. Administering FSLogix User Profile Management for Azure WVD environment.
  6. Deployed Azure IaaS virtual machines (VMs) & Cloud services (PaaS role instances) into secure VNets & subnets.
  7. Capture an image of a Virtual Machine & attaching a Disk to Virtual machine.
  8. Manage & create virtual network & end points in azure portal.
  9. Creating and managing virtual machines in azure portal and setting up communication with the help of endpoints and VM migrations from transitional hosts.
  10. Designed and configured Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, Azure network settings. Designed VNets and subscriptions to conform to Azure network limits.
  11. Expertise in creating Azure Storage account with Blob, Azure File Share, Table & Queue.
  12. Day today handling AVDs user-based Issues.
  13. Created and configured an Azure Log Analytics workspace and Azure Automation-based solutions.
  14. Troubleshooting of remote apps published on AVDs.
  15. Profile Management
  16. Nerdio management
  17. Hands on experience to manage Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure (AVD).
  18. Good Exposure with Nerdio manager tool
  19. Good Diagnostic and Analytical Skills
  20. Excellent communication skill

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials By Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Complex Incidents And Security Issues.
2. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies During All Support Operations.
3. Collaborate With Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Enhancing The Overall Security Posture Of The Organization.
4. Engage In Value-Adding Activities, Including Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Hires, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
5. Drive Customer Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Case Reopenings, And Effectively Mitigating Security Threats To Ensure A Positive Customer Experience.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials With Solid Troubleshooting Skills.
2. Strong Understanding Of Incident Management And Root Cause Analysis Principles.
3. Familiarity With Security Protocols And Best Practices In Virtual Desktop Environments.
4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, Enabling Effective Teamwork And Customer Interaction.
5. Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks To Meet Service Level Agreements.
