Manage capacity management\r\nSoftware update of PCE and VENs\r\nManage life cycle of the product (end of support, compatibility...)\r\nManage safety rules for GTS flows\r\nReporting\r\nReviews / control of the rules implemented by the business\r\nRespond to an audit request\r\nManaging support (L1, L2, L3 requests, incidents and changes), administration and engineering of Trend Micro Deep Security solution\r\nAnalysis of console alerts\r\nError message analysis on the DSM console\r\nActivating/deactivating specific rules\r\n

Key Responsibilities

Ensure service quality, customer relations, service strategy, implementation of new functionalities\r\nOnboarding new applications and new customers with Start-up assistance and Validation of the adequacy of the solution\r\nMonitoring and analysis of PCE alerts on the console\r\nMonitoring VENs\r\nEnsure continuity and recovery of the IT PCE service\r\nEnsure support tasks\r\nHelping with Trouble shooting/alerts, malfunctions and support for the use of the solution/ end users\r\nMaintain documentation\r\nManage capacity management\r\nSoftware update of PCE and VENs\r\nManage life cycle of the product (end of support, compatibility...)\r\nManage safety rules for GTS flows\r\nReporting\r\nReviews / control of the rules implemented by the business\r\nRespond to an audit request\r\nManaging support (L1, L2, L3 requests, incidents and changes), administration and engineering of Trend Micro Deep Security solution\r\nAnalysis of console alerts\r\nError message analysis on the DSM console\r\nActivating/deactivating specific rules\r\nEnsure production and development platforms stability and performances.\r\nFollow licenses (per server)\r\nGuaranty service availability (24/7), including monitoring, management of disaster recovery plan, infra weekends planned operations and on call.\r\nAn experience on Illumio’s solution would be a plu\r\n

Skill Requirements

Experience on UNIX/Linux systems is mandatory.\r\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in Python programming.\r\nNeed to have good knowledge on Postgres, React, API development, Git, GitHub and Linux.\r\nNeed to work on Automation in Illumio firewalls.\r\n
