Job Summary
Ubika WAF _L2 Cyber Security - Cloud/Infra Security - Operation Analyst
The Sr. GCP Security Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the organization's cloud security posture. This role involves advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure operational excellence and positive customer experiences. The position demands a deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security and perimeter security operations, enabling the individual to address complex incidents and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Complex Incidents Related To Gcp Security And Perimeter Security Operations, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Security Issues.
2. Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies While Managing Escalated Support Tickets, Ensuring Compliance And Thorough Documentation.
3. Engage In Knowledge Base Update And Management, Contributing To The Creation Of Documentation And Resources That Enhance Team Efficiency And Training Of New Analysts.
