Job Summary

The Senior HP UX Administrator plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence within the Support & Operations team. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Hp Ux Administration Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Incidents, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis On Escalated Incidents And Implement Strategic Solutions To Mitigate Technical And Security Issues Within Azure Cloud And Kubernetes Environments.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Management By Updating And Maintaining The Knowledge Base, While Also Training And Mentoring New Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Established Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Maintain A Robust Security Posture.
5. Drive Customer Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Hp Ux Administration With Solid Experience In Managing Npar And Vpar Configurations.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Service Guard For High Availability And Disaster Recovery Solutions.
