Job Summary

• Provide Level 2 technical support for Linux and Unix servers, focusing on diagnosing and resolving complex issues. • Execute essential system administration tasks, including the installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Linux and Unix operating systems. • Monitor system performance, implementing tuning strategies to optimize resource utilization and application efficiency.

• Manage operating system vulnerabilities within the compute environment, working in collaboration with incident and threat management teams to mitigate identified risks. • Automate routine processes using scripting and configuration management tools, with a strong emphasis on Ansible, to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with development, network, and security teams to support system integration, deployments, and troubleshooting efforts. • Analyze and resolve server-related incidents, coordinating with external vendors or third-party support when necessary. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
