SeniorAdministrator - IAM Operations

Job Summary

The CyberArk Privilege Cloud resource will support Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations and implementation within a managed services environment. The role focuses on privileged account lifecycle management, platform administration, and secure access governance while ensuring SLA-driven delivery and compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CyberArk Privilege Cloud platform operations and components (Vault, PSM, CPM) • Handle privileged account onboarding, credential management, and lifecycle operations • Perform account discovery and onboarding for systems and applications • Monitor platform health and perform regular system checks • Support privileged access governance and policy enforcement • Support onboarding of Windows, Linux, and application accounts into CyberArk • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve CyberArk-related issues • Perform patching and maintenance activities for CyberArk components • Implement automation for account onboarding and credential management • Support high availability and system uptime requirements • Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for integrations

Skill Requirements

 Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud / PAM • Knowledge of Vault, PSM, and CPM components • Experience with privileged account management and credential rotation • Understanding of Windows/Linux platform integration • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Other Requirements

5–9 years in IAM/PAM roles with at least 3–5 years in CyberArk environments • SLA adherence for PAM incidents and requests • Timely onboarding of privileged accounts • Improved privileged access security posture • Platform uptime and availability • Reduction in privileged access-related incidents
