This role supports operational health checks, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PAM processes in alignment with organizational security standards. Key Responsibilities · Configure, deploy, and maintain BeyondTrust PRA platform for secure remote access. · Monitor and manage privileged sessions to prevent unauthorized access. · Perform regular health checks, patching, and system maintenance for PRA components. · Troubleshoot issues related to PRA connectivity, authentication, and session management. · Collaborate with IAM and security teams to enforce compliance with access policies. · Document operational procedures, SOPs, and ensure adherence to SLAs. · Support audits and provide evidence for regulatory compliance.
