Job Summary

 We are seeking an experienced PAM L2 to provide technical support operational excellence. The role will be responsible for managing enterprise identity infrastructure, leading L3 support operations, driving automation initiatives, ensuring security compliance, and supporting cloud identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operations for PAM tools, including CyberArk CPC, EPM, and CyberArk Identity. 2. Hands-on experience with the following CyberArk components: I. CyberArk Identity for SSO and MFA II. CyberArk Identity Flows III. CyberArk Central Credential Provider IV. CyberArk Secure Web Sessions V. CyberArk Workforce Password Manager VI. CyberArk Secure Cloud Access VII. CyberArk Secure Infrastructure Access VIII. CyberArk Vendor PAM IX. CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager 3. Handle incident management activities. 4. Manage change management processes. 5. Support problem management activities. 6. Fulfil service requests within agreed timelines. 7. Manage customer communications effectively. 8. Provide proactive recommendations on upgrades, security alerts, additional components, licenses, and other improvements to maintain a healthy CyberArk environment. 9. Plan and oversee patching for CyberArk components. 10. Design and implement new policies. 11. Create and manage new safes. 12. Plan and implement new features, integrations, and enhancements. 13. Troubleshoot remote desktop connectivity issues with CyberArk servers. 14. Retrieve break-glass passwords when required. 15. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, including Network, Wintel, and SIEM, to troubleshoot issues with existing integrations, features, tools, and services.

Skill Requirements

5–8 years of experience managing Privileged Identity Management operations using CyberArk solutions for large-scale customers across multiple industry verticals. • Strong knowledge of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management suite, including versions 10.x, 11.x, 12.x, 13.x, and 14.x. • Minimum certification required: CyberArk Sentry or Defender. • Customer service experience with the ability to empathize with customers and take ownership of issues through resolution. • Perform compliance checks for CyberArk IT security safes and provide relevant alerts and reports. • Strong understanding of network design, application and infrastructure security concepts, technologies, techniques, and tools. • Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model with a proven record of delivering quality outcomes. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and shift-based support model. • Ability to prioritize multiple issues and meet SLA targets. • Customer-oriented mindset and proactive issue tracking.
