Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support our global 24x7 operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers/switches, along with expertise in Aruba wireless F5 and Infoblox. The role requires proactive network management, and coordination with vendors and internal teams to ensure high network availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

 Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network devices. • Hands-on management of Cisco and Juniper routers and switches. • Administer and troubleshoot Aruba wireless solutions including: o Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) o Mobility Master o Access Points (APs) o ClearPass • Operate and maintain Infoblox. • Operate and maintain F5 LTM and GTM. • Work on Azure network architecture, including design and troubleshooting of cloud-based networks. • Perform network monitoring and proactive fault detection using standard tools. • Engage with ISPs and external vendors for issue resolution and service management. • Participate in and lead P1 and P2 incident calls to resolve high-priority issues. • Follow structured change management processes and implement changes with proper documentation. • Maintain and update tickets in ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during incidents, upgrades, and planned

Skill Requirements

Relevant 5-7 years’ hands-on experience in network engineering and operations. • Sound Tshoot knowledge in routing, switching, Infoblox, F5 load balancer and wireless across multiple vendors. • Strong troubleshooting skills, including overlay/underlay network understanding • Strong working knowledge of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, etc.) • Deep hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/XE and Juniper JunOS • Experience in wireless technologies, preferably Aruba • Solid experience in network security and firewall management (Palo Alto) • Good understanding of Azure cloud networking concepts (NSGs, VNets, VPNs, etc.)
