Must have good communication/analytical skills along with client facing skills. Should be flexible to work in Night shifts/ Weekends. Should have knowledge of Java /J2EE , Unix and Oracle SQL for debugging the logs/issues Should have good understanding of client/server architecture and HTTP error handling . Should have knowledge of Webservices. Should have knowledge of Cloud computing and services like PaaS/IaaS etc. Should have good knowledge of Unix and Oracle SQL commands. Knowledge of Service Operations will be add-on
