Job Summary

 We are seeking a highly skilled MTR & Digital Signage Support Engineer to support a global enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering 24x7 L2/L3 support, operational excellence, proactive monitoring, and end-user experience optimization for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Appspace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

MTR Global Support Operations • Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Teams Rooms across global sites • Ensure 24x7 operational coverage with SLA/OLA adherence • Perform proactive health checks for critical rooms • Troubleshoot room accounts, AV peripherals, and Teams issues • Manage incidents, problems, and changes via ServiceNow • Coordinate with OEM vendors and Microsoft support Room Lifecycle & Governance • Support end-to-end onboarding and deployment of MTR rooms • Ensure SOP/SOW compliance • Manage licensing, and room mailbox configurations • Maintain inventory and documentation Proactive Monitoring & Improvement • Conduct regular health checks and service reviews • Implement automation and permanent fixes • Ensure audit readiness and zero-error operations Appspace Digital Signage Support • Manage Appspace platform and device onboarding • Publish and schedule content • Troubleshoot content and device issues • Ensure branding compliance Reporting & Stakeholder Management • Prepare operational reports and SLA metrics • Participate in governance calls • Engage stakeholders for critical issues
