Job Summary

Manage and support Windows server infrastructure Perform installation, configuration, and patching of servers Troubleshoot server, OS, and VMware-related issues Handle L2 incidents and act as escalation point for L1 Manage VM provisioning, snapshots, and migrations Monitor system performance and optimize resources Perform backup and restoration activities

Windows Server: Installation, configuration, patching (2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025) AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy administration VMware (v6.5 / 7 / 8): vSphere, vCenter administration VM provisioning, vMotion, snapshots Hardware: Hands-on support with IBM / HP / Dell servers Monitoring & Tools: Backup tools, monitoring tools, ticketing systems Key Competencies Strong troubleshooting skills Incident & problem management SLA adherence
