Job Summary

The Wintel Level 2 Engineer is responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows-based server infrastructure. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, and changes related to Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and associated infrastructure components. The engineer acts as a technical escalation point for Level 1 support teams and ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Infrastructure Support.Experience supporting enterprise server environments.Exposure to ITIL-based operations. 

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022). Perform server provisioning, configuration, decommissioning, and lifecycle management. Monitor server health, performance, and availability. Install and configure Windows roles and features. Resolve L2 escalated incidents within defined SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues. Maintain incident documentation and resolution records.
