Job Summary

A Windows and Cloud Administrator manages, maintains, and secures an organization\'s hybrid infrastructure, focusing on Windows Server environments and major cloud platforms

Key Responsibilities

Windows Administration: Manage Windows Server operations, Active Directory, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and system updates .Cloud Management: Configure, monitor, and optimize virtual machines, storage, and networking on platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS). Identity & Access Control: Oversee user permissions, multi-factor authentication, and hybrid identity synchronization via Microsoft Entra ID. Backup & Recovery: Execute routine data backups, test disaster recovery plans, and ensure high system availability. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve server performance bottlenecks, network connectivity failures, and security alerts. Patching & Compliance: Ensure the Windows servers are patched regularly and address the vulnerabilities. Automation: Identify the areas for automation.

Skill Requirements

Windows Server (2019/2022), Nutanix, PowerShell scripting, and AWS IaaS
