Job Summary

Migration Coordinator

Deliverables of the role in ResumID Program for Entra ID Product are as follows:

Make sure that Applications DPOs will identify which Applications are connected to Portals and identify Applications which are not connected to Portals;

Make sure that Applications DPOs and Applications SMEs understand what steps are needed for migration to Entra ID and what is their impact for Applications and Users.

Propose to Applications DPOs dates for migrations to Entra ID of the Portal and its Applications’ URLs or of Application not connected to Portals;

Assign Entra ID Migration SMEs for Applications in scope of Migrations;

Make sure that Applications DPOs and Applications SMEs configure Portal or Application (whichever is applicable for the DPO) for Entra ID login and before to Ping Hybrid login if needed;

Make sure that Operations Team performs the migration or changes in Entra ID as agreed with Applications DPOs and Applications SMEs or performs rollback of the changes if needed;

Make sure that Applications SMEs verify just after migrations to Entra ID the Portal, Applications in the Portal or Applications not connected to Portals;

Make sure that Applications DPMs decide on Conditional Access Policy (CAP) in Entra ID for Portal or for Application (whichever is applicable for the DPM);

Make sure that Applications DPMs communicate new UPN logins to Users of the Portal, Applications in the Portal or Apps not connected to Portals (whichever is applicable for the DPM);

Make sure that Application DPMs drive tests each of the registered MFA methods with business Users of the Portal, Apps in the Portal or Apps not connected to Portals. N/A for Open CAP type;

Make sure that Application DPMs know how to decide which Users should have MFA temporary parked. N/A for Open CAP type;

TDBAGFs Rollout Managers always informed so they could step in and support when needed.

Deliverables of the role in ResumID Program for Saviynt Product are as follows: Make sure that Applications DPMs understand what steps are needed for migration to Saviynt;

Propose to Applications DPOs dates for migrations to Saviynt of the Portal and its Applications or of Application not connected to Portals;

Make sure that Saviynt SMEs performs the migration or changes in Saviynt as agreed with Applications DPOs and Applications SMEs or performs rollback of the changes if needed; Make sure that Applications SMEs verify just after migrations to Saviynt the Portal, Applications in the Portal or Applications not connected to Portals 

Make sure that Application DPMs approve Saviynt Entitlements and Roles for Applications; Make sure that Application DPMs decide on type of Requests for changes in Saviynt for Application with requests process only in Saviynt only being the recommended option; Make sure that Application DPMs assign the Requests process roles (Requestors/Local Admins & Approvers) in Saviynt for Application; TDBAGFs Rollout Managers always informed so they could step in and support when needed.

The role collaborates on the same level and communicates in daily work with following roles in ResumID Program: Applications DPOs, Applications DPMs and Business Analysts.

The role reports in ResumID Program to following roles: TDBAGFs Rollout Managers and Migrations Project Manager.
