Job Summary

The Senior Administrator for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence. This role focuses on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a secure operational environment. The position is essential for ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, while driving improvements in service delivery and security posture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Microsoft Identity Manager And Active Directory To Troubleshoot Complex Incidents, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, And Implement Effective Solutions For Security And Operational Issues.
2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Maintaining A Strong Security Posture.
3. Manage And Update Knowledge Base Articles Related To Microsoft Identity Manager And Active Directory, Facilitating Knowledge Sharing And Training Initiatives For New Analysts.
4. Drive Value-Adding Activities, Including Coaching Analysts And Training Newcomers On Best Practices In Identity Management And Operational Processes.
5. Ensure A Positive Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats To Enhance Customer Satisfaction Metrics.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Microsoft Identity Manager And Active Directory, Demonstrating Solid Technical Understanding And Practical Application Of These Technologies.
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Perform Root Cause Analysis On Complex Technical Issues.
3. Familiarity With Incident Management Processes And Tools, Ensuring Compliance With Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills For Effective Teamwork And Customer Interaction.

1. Microsoft Certified: Identity And Access Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
