Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : • Provide L2 deskside and depot support for end-user devices • Support Manufacturing (MLL) workstations & compliance process • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues • Handle laptop/desktop builds, imaging, and deployment • Manage asset tracking, inventory, and lifecycle activities • Support new hire onboarding (NH builds) and refresh activities • Coordinate with vendors (e.g., DHL, OEMs, Xerox) for repairs and logistics • Ensure adherence to SLA and ticket resolution timelines • Update and maintain accurate ticket notes in ServiceNow • Provide onsite support across multiple locations, with flexible scheduling • Handle escalations and critical incidents with ownership • Candidate He must report to these sites NA– United States – Lititz 400 West Lincoln Ave - 3 days/week (Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday) • Candidate He must report to these sites NA – United States – Fort Washington 7050 Camp Hill Rd, Building C – C0540 - 2 days/week (Thursday–Friday) role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing assets, and ensuring SLA compliance
