Job Summary : Responsibilities and required expertise for a Windows 365 Cloud PC Support Engineer (L2), including monitoring service health, troubleshooting Cloud PC and identity issues, supporting incident resolution, performing maintenance, preparing reports, and having strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise virtual desktops, Microsoft Intune, Azure networking, and Microsoft Entra ID within a global ITIL-based support environment
Job Responsibilities : • Key Responsibilities • Monitor Windows 365 Cloud PC service health, availability, and performance to ensure a stable user experience. • Troubleshoot complex Cloud PC, Windows desktop, identity, authentication, and access-related issues. • Support incident resolution, service restoration, and root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues. • Execute maintenance activities, patching coordination, governance checks, and operational readiness tasks. • Work with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure networking, and endpoint security teams to resolve platform issues. • Prepare operational reports, service updates, issue summaries, and stakeholder communications. • Contribute to knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement : • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 Enterprise desktops or virtual desktop environments. • Hands-on operational experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC Enterprise. • Solid understanding of Cloud PC architecture, provisioning policies, licensing, and service dependencies. • Experience with Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security policies. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity, Conditional Access, authentication, and access troubleshooting. • Understanding of Azure networking concepts such as VNets, subnets, NSGs, and connectivity impacts on Cloud PCs. • Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise Windows OS administration and endpoint management. • Experience working in an ITIL-based L2/L3 support model. • Exposure to global support operations and follow-the-sun support models. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in a global enterprise environment.
