Job Summary

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AV Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for Unified Communications (UC) technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing. Technical Skills: Meeting Platforms: Proficient in supporting meeting platforms such as Microsoft Conference Room AV Support: Provide expert support for conference room AV, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively. AV Equipment Management: Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment in various AV spaces, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Cisco Video Conferencing: Demonstrate proficiency in working with and supporting Cisco video conferencing equipment for seamless and high-quality experiences. Poly Phones: Familiarity with Poly phones and their setup within conference rooms for efficient and clear communication. Microsoft Teams Meetings: Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Meetings, offering guidance and solutions for successful virtual collaborations. System Checks: Conduct regular inspections and system checks in conference rooms to maintain the health and functionality of AV and network equipment. IT AV Support: Deliver IT AV support for large group meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation and technical assistance as needed. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities.
