Job Summary : \"Task Description: Project Overview: We provide round-the-clock monitoring and incident resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations, minimizing downtime and enhancing SLA. Technologies: SQL: Able to write DDL and DML queries and aware of concepts like joins, aggregate functions, cases. CI/CD Tools: Github to debug the code and Jenkins for the deployments knowledge on MW components, Linux OS, Networking, Microservices and ITIL processes Experience with supporting Java, Spring based applications and understanding on web technology Experience with supporting multi-tier infra Cloud Knowledge: Azure Creative, problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually Exp: 3-8 Yr (expected) Work Result: Production Support for AEB Hosting Skill Area: Data Management & Analytics Technology: Oracle DB Proficiency - Technology: Advanced Secondary Skill Area: Infrastructure Secondary Technology: RedHat Openshift Proficiency - Secondary Technology: Basic Other Skills: Other Skills: Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience working on Linux based infrastructure and cloud services. • Good monitoring and debugging skills for server logs. • Setting up tools and required infrastructure. • Experience with ITIL process (Incidents/Problems/RFC\'s) • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.\"
