Job Summary
Network Engineer – L2
4-15 Years of relevant experience in networking technologies. (depending on their experience level the engineer would placed in various streams) \\\\r\\\\nWillingness to work in 24X7 shifts. (for US resources the 24x7 should be informed as ability to work on-call as needed) \\\\r\\\\nIn-depth experience with TCP/IP and packet sniffers \\\\r\\\\nSound understanding of L2 switching L3 traffic forwarding \\\\r\\\\nStrong working experience on Cisco / Juniper / F5 / Arista platforms \\\\r\\\\nUnderstanding of MPLS, L3 VPNs and VRFs, STP, HSRP, CDP, UDLD \\\\r\\\\nWorking knowledge of BGP, OSPF \\\\r\\\\nWorking knowledge of tools like TFS / VSO \\\\r\\\\nAbility to debug protocol issues \\\\r\\\\nIPSEC VPN experience \\\\r\\\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \\\\r\\\\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \\\\r\\\\nRespond to high priority incidents, troubleshoot with engineers from various groups, gather and provide forensic data for security-based incidents, and create post-mortem documentation as needed. \\\\r\\\\nConfiguring Routers / Switches / Firewalls / Load balancers \\\\r\\\\nAzure networking concepts \\\\r\\\\nIdentify incident patterns and drive for problem resolution
