Job Summary
SMTP Backbone Hands on experience working with Linux servers , Troubleshooting Login issues , connectivity issues , CPU and Memory utilization issues, patch management, Knowledge of Postfix / Send mail or any Linux based MTA configuration and management experience, ability to understand mail logs , mail flow transport rules , message re-writes , integration with Milters,security hardening. and SASL configuration files.
Key Responsibilities
2. Perform Root Cause Analysis On Escalated Issues And Implement Effective Solutions To Address Technical And Security Challenges Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas).
3. Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management Activities, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement By Training And Coaching Junior Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
4. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Strengthen The Overall Security Posture Of Messaging Services.
5. Enhance Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats To Maintain High Customer Satisfaction (Csat) Levels.
