Job Summary
Manage SailPoint IdentityIQ platform operations and workflows • Handle user provisioning and de-provisioning (UAM) • Support joiner, mover, leaver (JML) lifecycle processes • Perform access reviews and certification activities • Monitor connectors, jobs, and application integrations • Resolve incidents and service requests related to SailPoint IIQ • Manage access policies and entitlement assignments • Support onboarding of applications into SailPoint (approx. 1 per month) • Maintain governance and compliance reporting • Support automation and workflow execution within SailPoint • Coordinate with application, security, and IAM teams for access management tasks
Key Responsibilities
The SailPoint IIQ & UAM resource will support Identity Governance and Administration operations within a managed services environment. The role focuses on user access management, SailPoint IIQ platform support, and joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle management while ensuring SLA adherence and compliance with identity governance standards
Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) • Strong knowledge of User Access Management processes • Experience with JML lifecycle and access certifications • Understanding of identity governance concepts • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Other Requirements
5–9 years in IAM/IGA roles with at least 3–5 years in SailPoint IIQ operations Key KPIs • SLA adherence for user provisioning and requests • Timely execution of JML lifecycle processes • Accuracy of access provisioning • Completion of access reviews within timelines • Reduction in identity-related incidents
