As a Senior Administrator in Tools & Automation, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and troubleshooting solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Terraform And Powershell To Automate Infrastructure Provisioning And Manage Configurations, Ensuring Compliance With Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Troubleshoot Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Promptly.
3. Participate In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
4. Manage And Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Operational Efficiency And Robust Security Posture.

Skill Requirements
