Job Summary

The Sr. Administrator in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced technical support for BEA WebLogic and WebSphere Application Server. This position is crucial in troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Bea Weblogic And Websphere Application Server, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements In All Troubleshooting Activities.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Efficiently.
3. Manage Knowledge Base Updates And Contribute To Training Initiatives For New Team Members, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Knowledge Sharing.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas While Collaborating With Other Support Teams To Maintain Seamless Operations And Strengthen The Security Posture Of Applications.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Addressing Security Threats.
