4–7 years of experience in the networking domain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple network technologies Very strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and protocols. Hands‑on experience with Grafana monitoring for dashboards and alerts. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, STP,VLN,VTP, EIGRP, OSPF, static routing, and SNMP. Coordinate with the vendor for issue resolution and next steps. Aruba switches, including routing, VLANs, and advanced configurations. Good understanding of SD‑WAN technologies such as VeloCloud and Silver Peak for troubleshooting Arrange replacement of faulty devices as required. Initiate and track the RMA process until completion. Experience working with broadband technologies like T1, Metro‑E, fiber, cable, and DSL. Skilled in troubleshooting WAN circuits and coordinating with LECs. Experience supporting VOIP networks in a production environment. Hands‑on knowledge of routing and switching configuration and troubleshooting. Working experience with SD‑WAN deployments and issue resolution. Practical experience with VeloCloud Orchestrator for SD‑WAN operations. Experience with Silver Peak appliances and management. Clear understanding of end‑to‑end voice call flows and SIP signaling. Experience supporting Cisco‑centric VOIP networks and SIP‑based systems. Skilled in phone and Jabber troubleshooting, login issues, and softphone support. Ability to resolve device registration, firmware, and configuration issues. Strong experience in diagnosing call failures, device provisioning, and RTP problems. Capable of handling escalations, documenting resolutions, and improving operations. Works effectively in fast‑paced environments with strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
