Job Summary
The Senior Engineer for Support and Operations plays a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction through effective support and maintenance of SCCM/SMS solutions. This position is integral to ensuring the operational efficiency of IT services by managing client requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. The role requires a strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite to drive quality outputs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
2. Deliver Client Support By Monitoring Requirements, Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Ensuring On-Time Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation To Meet Cmmi Standards And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance And Clarity In Processes.
4. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Sccm/Sms, Fostering Skill Development And Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.
