Key Responsibilities
• Support User Access Management (UAM) operations and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.\r\n• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics. \r\n• Handle incident and service requests for all P1, P2, and P3 issues related to User Access Management. \r\n• Perform troubleshooting and analysis of application errors and implement effective resolutions. \r\n• Monitor and manage Access Reconciliation functions, ensuring timely execution and addressing failures. \r\n• Produce reports on user provisioning/de-provisioning, inactive/disabled accounts, and maintain SOPs and Run Books. \r\n• Manage change tickets and ensure compliance with established processes. \r\n• Carry out minor enhancements in user forms, organization membership, and identity templates. \r\n• Coordinate with vendors and additional teams to maintain health and uptime of UAM application environment.\r\n• Strong knowledge of IAM/UAM operations and JML process. \r\n• Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux (good to have). \r\n• Proficiency in Excel and ServiceNow for reporting and ticket management. \r\n• Strong client interfacing and communication skills. \r\n• Ability to perform log analysis and follow SOPs for issue resolution.\r\n• Ability to update SOPs and documentation regularly. \r\n• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for operational efficiency.
