Job Summary

The Global Access Management Specialist is responsible for managing and securing access to enterprise systems, applications, and data across global environments. This role ensures that access rights are provisioned, maintained, and audited in alignment with organizational policies, compliance standards, and operational needs. The individual will handle escalations, perform advanced troubleshooting, and contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

 Identity & Access Lifecycle Management  - Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across enterprise platforms including cloud, network, and application layers.  - Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and role changes with HR, hiring managers, and application owners.  - Maintain accurate and timely access records to ensure minimal disruption to user productivity.  📋 Access Reviews & Compliance  - Conduct periodic access certifications and audits to ensure least-privilege access.  - Document access controls and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.  - Collaborate with audit teams to provide evidence and insights during reviews.  🛠️ Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalation Handling  - Resolve complex access-related incidents escalated from Level 1 support.  - Investigate unauthorized access attempts and coordinate with security teams for remediation.  ⚙️ ServiceNow & ITSM Integration  - Use

Skill Requirements

 4–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT security roles. 

- Strong understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, ABAC, and directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD). 

- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta), and audit frameworks. 

- Familiarity with authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, MFA). 

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. 

Other Requirements

ITIL Foundation 

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 

- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) 

- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
