Job Summary

Provide L1 level troubleshooting for servers, including Physical Servers, Virtual Machines (VMs/OSV). 

Key Responsibilities

 Process and resolve Incidents and Service Requests within the defined support SLA. Perform next-level escalations to the N-Line Support when required. Monitor server performance and health checks to ensure system stability. Send Server outage notifications and updates for individual server incidents to relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with defined Target Resolution Time (TRT) and SLA (MTTx) requirements. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors (HPE/GHMP) for hardware support, parts replacement, and hands-and-feet activities. Manage SSL Certificate creation, renewal, and deployment, and communicate renewal notifications to business owners. Monitor and manage generic MS Teams support channels and shared mailboxes. Perform user account creation, modification, and access provisioning activities. Manage and monitor backup operations, ensuring successful completion and resolution of backup-related issues.
