Job Summary

The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of Citrix XenDesktop environments. This position focuses on maintaining existing features, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support and enhancements that align with client requirements. The role is essential in fostering collaboration between technical teams and ensuring timely resolution of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Citrix Xendesktop Environments By Troubleshooting Bugs, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing Enhancements Based On Client And Functional Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support By Monitoring Ticket Resolution, Presenting Relevant Data, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Support Activities In Accordance With Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Update Documentation For Cmmi Processes And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance And Clarity In Enhancement Activities.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Promoting Best Practices In The Use Of Citrix Xendesktop And Related Provisioning Services.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid Understanding Of Citrix Xendesktop, Provisioning Services (Pvs), And Machine Creation Services (Mcs)
2. Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Within Virtual Desktop Environments
3. Familiarity With Documentation Standards And Cmmi Processes
4. Strong Communication Skills For Effective Client Interaction And Team Collaboration
