Job Summary
Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end execution of OM (Order Management) initiatives within retail transformation programs. The role focuses on driving delivery excellence through strong planning, governance, and coordination across cross-functional teams including technology, business, and vendors.
Key responsibilities include managing the full delivery lifecycle, maintaining detailed project plans and RAAIDD logs, and ensuring seamless execution across workstreams such as fulfilment, supply chain, integration, and eCommerce. The role emphasizes Agile/hybrid delivery, risk and dependency management, and strong governance practices.
The position requires effective stakeholder and vendor management, with accountability for testing, deployment, and business readiness, while delivering key artefacts such as project plans, status reports, resource updates, and transition plans.
Key Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle delivery for OM-related initiatives.Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.Coordinate execution across technology, business, and vendor teams.Manage project governance and reporting.Maintain project RAAIDD logs and escalation processes.Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, and business readiness activities.Track resources, and dependencies.Skills & ExperienceProven project management experience within retail transformation programmes, ideally with some OM experience.Specific POD / workstream experience as well as OM, fulfilment, supply chain, Integration layer or eCommerce delivery experience.Strong governance and planning capability.Agile and hybrid delivery experience.Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability.Day-To-Day ActivitiesManaging project plans and schedules.Running project meetings / ceremonies, and governance forums.Coordinating delivery teams across Ingka / HCL.Updating status reports and RAAIDD logs.Managing stakeholder communications.Supporting testing, deployment, and business readiness.DeliverablesProject plans and schedules.Weekly status reports.RAAIDD logs and action trackers.Resource updates.Deployment and transition plans.
