Job Summary

The Program/Service Delivery Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and end-to-end delivery oversight for large transformation programs. The role ensures successful execution of business objectives, stakeholder alignment, financial management, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Experience

• 15–20+ years of overall IT/Digital Transformation experience
• 8+ years leading large, complex programs
• Experience managing global delivery teams and client stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects/workstreams as a unified program and ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Define program governance, operating model, reporting structures, and executive communication plans.
• Manage client relationships, steering committees, and executive stakeholder engagements.
• Drive program planning, resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and delivery execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations.
• Oversee vendor, partner, and third-party engagements where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Support business growth through solutioning, proposals, RFP responses, and account expansion initiatives.
